Terms of Service

You must be legally permitted to use crypto services in your jurisdiction. Your account is secured by your wallet address and a private PIN, and one wallet maps to a single detected network. You are responsible for keeping your PIN confidential and for all activity under your account.

Staked positions are locked for their full term and cannot be cancelled early. High-yield positions may be cancelled before maturity subject to a per-pool early-exit fee. Advertised APR/APY are targets, not guarantees. Crypto markets are volatile and you may lose value.

Each tier carries deposit and withdrawal (payout) fees, and coins may carry an additional withdrawal fee and min/max limits. Early high-yield cancellation incurs a fee. All applicable fees are disclosed in-product before you confirm.

Your tier is assigned automatically from your total assets and may move up or down as your balance changes. Access to High Yield and support channels is tier-gated; lower tiers are prompted to upgrade to the qualifying tier.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from market movements, your own key/PIN management, or events beyond our reasonable control.
